For at have relevans for den potentielle kunde, skal du kommunikere til d\u00e9t de har interesse for. For at regne ud hvad de har interesse for, er du n\u00f8dt til at vide hvor i deres kunderejse de er. G\u00f8r du ikke det, risikerer du (og din markedsf\u00f8ring), ganske enkelt, at v\u00e6re irrelevant.<\/p>\n<h2>Ram kunderne hvor de er \u2013 og p\u00e5 det rigtige tidspunkt<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r du tilbyder komplekse ydelser eller produkter, er folk sj\u00e6ldent klar til at k\u00f8be med det samme. De skal unders\u00f8ge deres muligheder og s\u00e6tte sig ind i dine ydelser og overbevises om at du er den rette ekspert til jobbet. De unders\u00f8ger sandsynligvis ogs\u00e5, hvordan det ser ud hos dine konkurrenter. Det er den k\u00f8bsproces der kaldes for kunderejsen.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du ikke kortl\u00e6gger kunderejsen, kan du ikke, systematisk, give dine leads den rette information p\u00e5 det rette tidspunkt i deres kunderejse, s\u00e5 din virksomhed sikrer sig en plads i deres beslutningsproces.<\/p>\n<p>Kunderejsen er oftest ikke s\u00e5 simpel, at man kan tegne en lige streg fra A til B. Hvis du allerede kender til de problemer Jeres kunder gerne vil have l\u00f8st, er det her du skal vise det. Hvordan er det du kan hj\u00e6lpe kunden?<\/p>\n<h4>Overvejelse<\/h4>\n<p>Her bliver der overvejet, hvordan behovet kan opfyldes. Der researches og man finder ud af hvad man gerne vil have. I denne fase kan det give god mening at vise dit lead hvorfor du er det rigtige valg, n\u00e5r problemet skal fikses.<\/p>\n<h4>K\u00f8b<\/h4>\n<p>Her k\u00f8ber man \u2013 eller man v\u00e6lger ikke at k\u00f8be. For de fleste virksomheder, er det her der skal gives det sidste puf hen imod et k\u00f8b.<\/p>\n<h4>Efterk\u00f8b<\/h4>\n<p>Man reflekterer over, om det var det rigtig k\u00f8b man gjorde. Det er her du har mulighed for at pleje forholdet til kunden \u2013 Kunden har ikke interesse i at se dine annoncer hvor der er fokus p\u00e5 at k\u00f8be den ydelse de har k\u00f8bt. Hvis du agerer b\u00e6nkevarmer, kan det v\u00e6re at en anden virksomhed byder kunden op til dans \u2013 og l\u00f8ber med det endelige k\u00f8b. M\u00e5ske er du ikke den rette. M\u00e5ske har du ikke vist hvad du kan tilbyde. M\u00e5ske er de bare ikke klar til at danse endnu. M\u00e5ske opfatter kunden dig som suspekt \u2013 og s\u00e5 forsvinder danselysten helt!<\/p>\n<p>Din opgave er at finde ud af hvor kunden er, i kunderejsen. Vis s\u00e5, at du har gode kvaliteter. At du kan opfylde kundens behov. G\u00f8r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 dig selv. Skab tillid.
